Dr. Mary Kay Meyer
Dr. Mary Kay Meyer is currently a Full Professor in the Department of Human Nutrition and Hospitality Management and teaches in the Restaurant, Hotel, and Meetings Management graduate program as well as provides oversight for the University Club. Dr. Meyer is Associate Dean for Assessment and Accreditation. As Associate Dean Dr. Meyer provides leadership for program assessment and assists departments with preparation for accreditation with external organizations and other university related program changes. Dr. Meyer’s research interests include various aspects of school nutrition programs, food systems management, and customer service. Dr. Meyer has served her profession as a Registered Dietitian for 40 years and is a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
